WHM 11.32.2 - CENTOS 5.8 x86_64 - mysql overloading memory after update.

I have noticed my memory usage for mysql has been more than normal lately.

I have the following process using more memory than normal on a WHM - Centos 5 Server.

/usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/ --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/SERVER-DOMAIN-NAME.pid --skip-external-locking --socket=/tmp/mysql.sock

After doing research in "the forums' on the internet I have now come to the conclusion that something is possibly opening tables in the database but is failing to close the tables.
But!!
I may be wrong.
I currently suspect WHM - CPANEL causing the issue due to the fact that the issue was noticed prior to the last WHM - CPANEL update to WHM 11.32.2 ....

I plan to monitor the issue.
The only way I can get mysql to stop using up so much memory is to restart the service.
I have been having to do this daily.
If the problem persists and now update from WHM - CPANEL is issued soon I may revert back to 'WHM 11.30.6.6' ....
I will update what happens.

But if you have a solution to this issue please do not hesitate to reply to this post :)
Thanks!!!!!

P.S.
I even tried to clean up the tables using the following mysql command.
