SHRIMP BUTTER

1/2 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
1 (3 OZ.) PKG. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 CAN (4-1/2 OZ.) SHRIMP
2 TSP. LEMON JUICE
3/4 TSP. ONION SALT
1/4 TSP. PAPRIKA
1/16 TSP. GROUND RED PEPPER
CRACKERS

Cut butter and cream cheese into chunks. Place in food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Add shrimp (drained), lemon juice, onion salt, paprika and ground red pepper.
Cover; process until blended, scraping sides of bowl.
Chill for at least 1 hour.

Before serving, allow to soften. Spread on crackers.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
