Restoring your database is also a simple task, log into your server via SSH and switch to the public_html directory (Or where your dump file is located).

Once you are in the directory your dump file is located in, you will then type.

This command will log into the database named "your_web_site _forums" using username your_web_site and restore the information from 09-Nov-2010-Forums.back.dump to it once you have entered the database password that will be requested.
